Adjustment to Water Rates – Effective January 1, 2026

The Village of Girouxville wishes to inform residents and businesses and others that water rates have been adjusted effective immediately.  This change is due to an increase in water supply costs from the Smoky River Water Commission.

Water Rates

Water Rate                              $  6.25  /m3                                    $   7.25    /m3

Distribution Charge                  $ 69.50                                           $ 70.00

Truck Fill Rate                        $   9.25 /m3                                     $   9.50    /m3

All other utility rates will remain unchanged.

Please note these rates are for bi-monthly billings
