Fire Risk Advisory -Effective October 9, 2025.

Please be advised that MD of Smoky River No. 130 and the Towns and Villages have been placed under an Fire Risk Advisory.

Under this advisory: 

–          Existing fire permits are valid

–          New fire permits will be issued on a case-by-case basis

–          Fireworks and exploding targets are prohibited.

– Small warming campfires are allowed

– Burn barrels with expanded lids are allowed.
