Such an appeal to the Secretary of the Development Appeal Board shall be submitted on the prescribed form – (Development Appeal Form) and shall include the fee for submitting an appeal

Such an appeal shall be in writing and contain a statement of the ground of appeal and shall be delivered either in person or by registered mail within twenty-one (21) days of the date of decision. A copy of the letter shall also be sent to the development officer
