                                   16′ x 76′ Wide Manufactured Home 

                                   Permit #19-01

Any person affected by this decision may appeal to the:

Secretary of the Development Appeal Board

Village of Girouxville P.O. Box 276 Girouxville, Alberta T0H 1S0

Such an appeal to the Secretary of the Development Appeal Board Shall be in writing and contain a statement of the grounds of appeal and shall be delivered either in person or by registered mail so as to reach him no later than twenty -one (21) days following the date of issue of this notice.  A copy of the letter shall be sent to the development officer.  (Appeal forms are available at the Municipal Office during regular office hours).
